Went to connect electricity in my name. Entered Florence Mkhize building at 11h45, had completed everything and was out the building by 12h30. Very helpful service from a lovely lady from Counter 9. 15h30 that same day, Ethekwini came to reconnect the electricity. Excellent service by Sibusiso Khuzwayo. Well done guys, very impressive with your fast and efficient service.
