The water meter outside my house is leaking VERY badly, up to the point where the grass is drenched in water, and the water is now running down the sidewalk into the street.
This was reported on the 22nd of January 2013 (3 weeks ago). Ref 703055.
I've phoned about 15 times, everytime I phone to get an update, all they can tell me is they will follow it up. This never happens, as I never get ANY status updates.
This is now becoming ridiculous, not sure why I pay rates and taxes anymore.
