I moved on the 31st of January out of the townhouse that I was renting. I went to Tumi Molefe on Thursday @ the Merafong Municipality in Fochville regarding the forms to switch of the water and lights. She told me I must come back on Friday (31st) to give it in. I went back on the 31st and the lady next door to Tumi assisted me. I phoned the Municipality for about 2hours trying to speak to Tumi but to no prevail. My water meter is still running, nothing has been done and it is a week now that I do not live there anymore. This means that my deposit is not going to be paid back to me as the meter is still running! This is a huge inconvenience and bad service from the people that is supposed to do there jobs!!!
