We have a prepaid electricity meter we tried loading electricity Wednesday and kept giving us error 30. We phoned to complain and were told that a technician will come in to clear the error it is now friday no one has come in I have no electricity and no1 seems to be helping. I spent the whole of Thursday at home waiting for a technician and no one came in. Wasted my day and time inconsiderate. I have to keep going to the neighbours to boil water as I have a 8month old baby I cant cook I cant shower this is absolutely nonsense. My reference number 4734088.
