On 18.5.2010 one of my staff members was involved in an accident. As workens compensation had still not issued me with a registration number all the medical accounts had to be paid cash. I paid the staff member from 18.5.2010 to 5ec 2010 and finally received that payment November 2011. But as yet still no payment of medical bilss which have been hand delivered to Compensation house in prtoria on numerous occassions and have also been hand divered to the labour centre in kempton park. I have seen for myself that all the outstanding accounts are on their system as of 5ecember 2010 but have not been authorised for payment. On the 10.1.2014 I went in again and saw the manager on the ground floor of compensation house. I also sent in numerous emails. The replies I have had back are, you have been paid (yes for wages) not medial accounts. That the accounts are their I just need to submit banking details (done that 6 times sine (August last year alone). That they have no record of the accounts can I mail the supplier practice numbers done that. That I must please resubmit. What more does it take for them to make a legitimate payment.
