Unacceptable Service

I am a very unhappy. I bought prepaid voucher on the 29/01/14 from Spar in Ennerdale & on the 01/02/14 I decided to load it & to my suprise the some numbers on the slip were missing. I called 01137555555 which was a nightmare until my airtime was up. on sun the 02/02/14 I went back to Spar to get it resolved & the gentleman that was on duty took my cell no and said he will call me back as soon as h/office call him with the correct no. He asked for details such as my meter no, the amount I paid, my cell no. Later on sun he called & gave me the missing no, however when I put the in the meter, it gave me an error, I called back & asked if he gave me the correct no, which he confirm was correct & said they are now closed he will try again on monday. I got to work monday I called and I could not get through untill I gave up. I tried again on tuesday 04/02/14 @ 07:00 & I was helped by THAMI who gave me ref no 4651854 and I asked him to please ask them to call me first as there is no one at home during the day I only get home around 17:00. I called again today and received a new ref no 4651804 and was advised they will come tonight. This is extremely unprofessional service.
