Name MIRRIAM MATSILISO MAJIVOLO. Born in Lesotho and Married to a south African December 1988 of which I'm a legal residence of South Africa. I do have all the original information of all necessary documents and certificate On the 18 December 2012 went to apply for an emergency passport at the HOME AFFAIRS Nyanga in Cape Town. I was told I won't be able to be helped as my Identity document was or is allegedly blocked on their system. I was then advised to go straight to the main branch in Cape Town in Parliament Street for further assistance.
Arrived at the branch on the very same day and was assisted by a lady called Nobomvu aka Anam. i got there and was told the same information about my I.D being blocked as well . was sent from pillar to post but know one came out and told me the reason for being blocked. I was then told to returned in the new year with all my documents to prove I'm a South African Resident.
9th January 2013 I went back to the Department of Home Affairs Parliament Street, Cape Town. I took my Identity Document, Marriage Certificate, Permit of Permanent Residence and Certificate of Naturalisation RSA.It is over a year now no respose. please intervene.
