I am appalled at the service and the answers these consultants cook up just to get rid of a customer. I have made an on-line payment for the renewal of my vehicle licence. I was instructed to make payment on current day and my licence disks will take 8 days to reach me. if the disks are not received 8 days later I should contact the Call Centre which I did. I was informed that the payment is on their records however they had to allocate this payment by requesting their team leader to take it downstairs. How ludicrous! Once this is done then I will receive my disks within 8 days. When I followed up the following week with Xolo, he claimed that the team leader has taken it downstairs but has not allocated the payment but he is sure that they are working on it. And no one could give me a contact number for the 'people who work downstairs'
