SAPS call center woman put down phone 3 times

On the 14/01/2014 5:23 I called the South African Police Service call line 10111 17 to report a house alarm that had been going off non stop since 12/01/2014 (2 days) and I wanted to report it as disturbing the peace.

The first time I called I was explaining these facts and I thought I got cut off but now know the woman I was talking to hung up on me.

The second time I called I started explaining the facts again and she told me to go to the house myself. When I said no I wanted to police to she said "Well then the alarm is not really bothering you is it" and hung up again.

The third time I called when she heard it was me again she hung up instantly.

This is a terrible refection on the police!! I cannot believe that I was treated like that. ThaI hope action is taken or training is done! Thank goodness for ADT, they came and sorted the problem. Thanks for nothing SAPS call center. Unfortunately she would not give me her name.
