I need a re-entry visa for my Italian passport as I am traveling abroad. I was told to go the first floor. I got to this huge crowd. No signage, only counter numbers with long queues to each. I was bounced around from counter to counter for over an hour. Finally I was told to return to counter '31' where there had been previously no-one. The lady behind the counter then told me with a seriously poor attitude that i FIRST needed a ticked from the 2nd Floor. 2nd floor? Really? Only once I got the ticked could I queue up for an application form only. And they tell me this AFTER standing in several queues for nearly two hours. AFTER I had asked SEVERAL officials where to go, what the procedure was. I then had to leave as I was late for work - I have to leave this for another time. (I did try to phone them - they do not answer - the website has neither the application forms nor procedure available) WHEN WILL THEY GET THEIR ACT TOGETHER - SHOCKING SERVICE - WE PAY TAXES FOR THIS KIND OF SERVICE?
