I have been without power for more than 5 days, they assigned a technician to check they status of my electricity. He checked and saw that the cable was cut off inside the municipality box outside. And that is not his problem. The call center is also no help, it was said someone will look at the problem within 4 hours it has now been 6 hours sins i have logged that call and no one has looked at the problem.
