We had power failure on 27.11.2013 (Thursday morning) reported same morning but since then nothing has happened I was told there's a huge backlog since the storm messed up but I don't see how that is my problem because I encountered the power failure before the storm. Everytime I call the customer care line they put me on hold for more than 30 minuets, at one point on Saturday morning I was told the responsible person was informed at 09:00 on Saturday and will assist same day, unfortunately nothing happened since then. I am not impressed at all with their poor service. I always make payments on time and when I experience power failure problems they don't bother to respond or even attempt to inform clients how far they are with the process. It seems no-one is doing anything to resolve this, I am very disappointed in the City of Tshwane Municipality. How do they expect us to cope without electricity for 6 days, going on 7 days...
