Our house have serious structural damage, water leaks and hazardous mildew build up inside walls of light steel frame. Builder disappeared, NHBRC found in favour of us an all accounts, however since matter was reported in March 2013, we are still awaiting action from NHBRC. It appears that if we don't follow up nothing gets done while we are still living in house and concerned for the health and safety of our children.
