Bad Call Centre Service

Since this morning I haven't had power on one of the phases into my home (and neighboring homes). The call centre was contacted the first time, their systems were down so they said they will log it when the system in restored. After 4 hours I called again and the call centre agent said that the incorrect street address was given even though this was spelt out an verified 3 times, the correct address was then given. Eventually the engineers came out but gave one quick hoot outside my house, within a minute I went outside but they had driven off without fixing the problem. I called the call centre again and got through (after holding for 30 minutes) to an agent who sounded as if he was falling asleep and didn't sound as if he wanted to do his job. This is terrible service for a person who pays taxes and gets the worst service for something that shouldn't be broken in the first place.

Very annoyed!
