I have enrolled for NHBRC certificate _3 months ago for the house i am building and was requested to submit an Engineer report as the foundation was already in place when i bought the property which happened to have been previously enrolled with NHBRC. This matter has been dragging on for - 3 months already. I have sent and email on Monday to a guy by the name of Howell Mathode and 3 and half days later he still to respond.
As far as we are concerned we have furnished NHBRC office with all the required papers for this enrollment; however, the deafening silence we are getting from your office (in particular from Howell Mathode) is really disturbing.
Please note that this delay is serious inconveniencing us and putting unnecessary burden of financial penalties/interests.
