Without water for 6 days

We have experienced water meter on our street... almost every house has been hit and water is pouring down the street by the gallon. We reported it to joburg water 6 days ago when the first of our neighbors were affected and no one to this date has come to see to the problem. Water is a basic human right and it is disgraceful that we have had to wait this long for service... we are still waiting!
