On 21 June 2012 a claim was put in for my loss of hearing due to my noisy work place (Claim no H20134570). Until today I have had no feedback or response to my claim. I visited the offices on the 24/06/13 and on 30/08/13 at my own expense and still could not get any feedback on my claim. If I phone the call centre I get incorrect information like they still waitng for a final report but I personnaly handed all the nessasary information in myself at their offices in Johannesburg. I would like the matter to be finalised because my hearing is getting worse and I need to purchase hearing aids.
