A couple of the employees, who are SHE REPS where sent to attend fighter fighting training in Santra Rand. they were dropped off by the companies transport and they expected to be picked up as they had left their cars at work. After the training the transport didn't come fetch them, when they called the 'responsible' people they were told a lot of stories and ultimately told that the transport will not be picking them up. Mind you there was a disabled lady there so imagine all those risks that were present there. they had to find other forms of transport and using public transport was not and option because of this poor disabled lady. Once they found transport they had to carry here in and out of cars, it was traumatic and a huge risk! This is not a good thing from the company, the managers where sitting comfortably in their homes while these poor employees where struggling, from transport to the rain and it was getting late! NOT ACCEPTABLE
