I arrive to the clinic at 2pm in the afternoon on the 22nd of October. The clinic is full and there are no chairs together where my 2 boys and i can sit. so i pull up another chair closer to the one i am sitting on so i can sit with my children. After that this rude lady behind reception desk comes and tll me the chairs all have to be in a row and because i moved 1 chair out of place it will make the clinic disorganised and we will stay until late afternoon to be helped. People are sitting all over leaving open chairs between them. Why weren't people told to move closer so no gaps are open. so as people start getting done at the clinic and chairs become available i put the chair back and we are able to sit together. My son finishes drinking water from a bottle and then throws the empty into the only dustbin provided to the whole public seated in the clinic, we are them told its only for cups used at the water machine to be placed in that bin. i asked where is the bin and she replied its behind the reception desk area. Now should i smell that really??? As we see the sister I was asking her a question to be told
