With reference to my complant 07/10/13. NO FEEDBACK REC - NO pensione received! I have discovered that SASSA is still using old 2010 income brackets IE the means test for a single person your income should not be more than R 31296 in 2010! Now it is R 49 000 in 2013, but they declined my mother's pension now, based on 2010 amount!!! I am so furious about the BAD BAD service of SASSA!!! my mother is bedridden and CANNOT stand in queues!!! She cannot survive!!!
