To date (22nd of October 2013), after 5 calls to their call centre (of which 3 was dropped after approximately 20 to 35 minutes of holding), 5 emails to [Email Removed] and 2 emails to [Email Removed] 10 faxes to 0866738313 the credit/ payment is STILL NOT reflecting.
