I laid a complain on the 5th October 2013, regarding Water Account ref number f 131005/797, to come and check my meter, the lady told me that they will come after 2 days, no one came, again on the 18th October 2013 I called them and I was told that my account is in Arrears, and the matter was sorted and they are not allowed to view someone's account without her/his present.

I believe if your account is in arrears they should tell you, the lady told me to tell my mom to come to their offices, since she is the one who opened the account, I told her that my mom she's stay at Mahlabathini, I stay in Durban and she's sick and I pay the bill not her.

I need someone to assist, really I don't understand.
