I did a follow up enquiry about a case I had opened for damage to personal property, I spoke to a Mr Kruger who is the commander of constable Gwala who is investigating the case. Upon enquiry Mr Kruger tells me that this case should never have been opened, and that I should get me lawyers and go to the small claims court in order to get the matter sorted. I am now not sure what I should do as my property is still damaged and the police is unwilling to assist.
