Beginning September we received our Water bill from the Municipality and it was completely wrong. I went in to our Sinoville branch to give them the correct reading and they said I will receive a new account within a week or two. After that we phoned in a few times and the bill was according to them fixed and they said we will receive a new account month end. They are Lindiwe and Onica. Receive our new account and they went further back and changed a month prior's reading just so they can keep the bill on the same out standing amount this I picked up when I went back to my previous months bill. I need this to be sorted out and we need electricity as we cannot buy electricity if our water bill is not paid up.
