Hi, I would like to compliment the Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Municipality on their fast and great service. One day in September when I got home, our power was off. Our house was the only house without power in our area. With one call to the call centre, an electrician was sent to our house in about 30 min and the breakdown team responded about 30 min after that and fixed the problematic cables. In an hour's time, our power was restored. Thank you Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Municipality. It is nice to know that we can count on you in an emergency.
