Was involved in an accident where one of their buses bumped my car. The driver insulted me calling me names and I went to their Depot and spoke to their supervisor who also gave me attitude. We wrote the report with the traffic officials and the admitted for being wrong. I called Lucky Hlahla who refered me to Indwe Risk Services (who deals with accidents repairs) and I spoke to Robert Xaba. I gave them all the neccessary documents. I was then reffered to Zodwa Zwane at Lion Africa so that she will proceed with the payments for the damages in my car. She sent me a claim form and it was submitted as they needed the form to besubmitted in 10days, so that I could be payed. After 15days I called back Zodwa as I hadnt received the payment and she told me that metrobus did not pay the premiums to Lion Africa, so they wont be able to pay me. I went back to Mpumelelo Zungu at Metrobus and he failed to assist me. I then called the MD of the company (Caroline) and I explain my case. A day later Zungu called me and promises to pay the damages in 5days but I havent received the money since.
