Problems on website

SARS keep informing the public of all the awards that e-filing has won and that the website is working so well and without problems. Well, if this is true, how is it then that it took me over an hour, three different web browsers and two different computers to get ONE income tax return submitted???
The site either "times out due to inactivity" while you're waiting for it to load the return, or it loads the return, but displays a black screen.
Then you have to log out, restart, log in and have it all happen again and again and again.
An when you phone, they have no idea what you're talking about.
And the dedicated channels for efiling specific questions, have all been removed.
