EFT'd amount STILL not reflected on account

Numerous phonecalls, emails & faxes have gone unanswered since the EFT of R669.02 to be placed on my virtual account of "CHANNA" since 24 August 2013.

The reference used is as follows: CHANNA20100201101 and would not be hard to rectify if employees would simply do their job.

Look forward to a response and a correction of the issue!
