I bought a plot and plan house and the contractor by the name Servipix owned by Peter Kruger who at the time was registered with NHBRC has been paid 90% by STD which the house is far to be 90% complete. STD received an inspection report stating that the house is 90% complete from the NHRBC which that report is not the true reflection of the construction.
The house does not have any plumbing and electricity done. There is no roof certificate as when you are inside you can even see the sky. there are no fittings starting from floor tiles, cupboards and waredrops lastly there are no fittings like bathbasin, taps and ect.
I have an NHBRC report which its mentioning things that are not fitted on the house eg the gyser.
I then suspect that the NHRBC inspector was bribed to cook that report by the builder (Servipix) as the builder run away after he got paid 90% of the building amount due to the report of NHRBC.
Currently the house is left without the sercurity by the builder and the doors and windows has been since then and we dont know what more will happen to the house.
