Amount not reflecting

I deposited R50.00 on 27 Aug 2013 and sent the proof of payment to the following number twice already.

Then I decided to deposit another R50.00 on 29 Aug 2012 hoping that that will reflect quicker, but it hasn't.

I've sent numerous emails, and faxes and called the call centre, but still this amount is not reflecting. I even made payment from an Absa account, so the amount should reflect immediately, yet it's not reflecting on my virtual account!

Really pathetic service.
