Ombudsman for Short Term Insurance
Ombudsman opts out of complaint, whats the use!!

I had an issue with regent, we went to ombudsman, after both side had a chance to state their case,
ombudsman, replies with "this case is too technical" they withdraw from the case, what is the use of the ombudsman, if they cant read and decide who ids right or wrong, and if u dont understand, appoint a technical person to help u understand, it really isnt rocket science!!
