Our house was built in 2011 by MOTRONIC and we still have snags that we reported in June 2011 (not even a month after our occupation date). 1. Door is leaking when its raining since the day we moved in. 2. The water comes through the wall everytime its raining. We have proof of emails going forth and back between us and the developer regarding these. Even worse the water is coming through to the electric plug which puts our lives in danger. They says they fixed the wall problem today but the problem is the paint they wanna use is different from our current paint and they cant find one that looks the same so they'll leave it like that. I call Fezile from NHBRC and he gives me such BAD ATTITUDE telling me that NHBRC cant assist me if everytime I have a problem with my developer I call them (and he hangs up on me), I must first sort it out with the developer, I have been sorting things out since 2011 doesnt that tell him this is way out of our hands already??? If this is how NHBRC operates then they are USELESS and deceiving people by saying they help them. They have such incompetent staff, or is it because they get registration fees from developers and nothing from us???
