No allocation of funds to my virtual account

I deposited an amount of R200 into the cipc bank account on the 25 th of July. After 3 days I called to request the amount to be allocated to my virtual account. i ws told to send an email tco [Email Removed] and I alao copied in the [Email Removed] address. To date, noone has bothered to assist with my request even aftee sending follow up emails to both addresses. I would like to be assisted in this matter urgently.
