Wasting time

Last month I went to do my tax at sars in town, everything was done, and said the noney will be due to me after 21 days, as I waited and went toe the bank in wynberg, I was told sars put a hold on my money, there after I went to sars and there they told me, that the fault is with fnb in wynberg, then I went to fnb in town and was told me once again its sars, then on monday I went to wynberg fnb with great services, I found out the fault is with sars and was contacted by nanncy from sars, the whole day her phone rings, I have to contact her myself and no call back even.then at fnb a young guy helped me contact her and she told us what to do, as the for the 1st time at sars, it was there fault with my papers as I had everything, I went back to sars, spent my whole day there, did all the paper work over, and now for two days haven't heard anything again, as I called nancy yesterday till today and nobody answers the phones! Mrs N Gaidien! try to call sars on this number, will hear no answer 0317594369
