I moved in my new property in August 2012 we found that the prepaid electric meter has been temped with, at that time we had not yet had the account transferred on to our names. My husband and me went to do the transfers of the account, paid and submitted the document required. We are still not receiving up to date letter and we have not received any water account. We received a rates and tax account last month that show a 6 month arrears status. I need my accounts sorted because i do not want to be shocked with staggering amounts.
