I have made submissions in 2012 September. I was given a telephone number to follow up on 2007 ASSESSMENT. From phone calls I've been making I was given reference number after the other, on my each call I was making. I got tired of this, and thought I may have feedback this (2013) tax season. On 08 July 2013 I went to Alberton SARS office. My case no. 108830112 was escalated, and I was asked to return on Friday 12July 2013. I returned on July 15. My case was re-escalated with no: 10974629 and was advised to forward this complaint. My main concern is that after 12 months, Assessments department has not completed my assessments, which were supposed to be done in 2012. I need my case to be attended to, being a law-abiding citizen and taxpayer. I am aware that I should have this matter resolved within 15 working days, and trust to your turnaround time.
