My son was involved in an accident on the 22 July around 01:09, i was there when a metrop police was writting a statement, he's been trying to get hold of the case number till today. we were referred to Edenvale by one metro cop, when we got there, we were told they are close, luckily whilst we were still there, some metro police came, my son went in to get the case number, they managed to read through a file, but said he must call the following day (30 July 2013) he called the number 0119994250 the whole day, today i have also been trying to call this number with no luck.
What does one have to do to get the case number? please Help
