I live in Hazeldean Pretoria in Oukraal Security Complex. I am highly p off with the City of Tshwane Municipality and their incompetency to fix this issue we have been having for the last two weeks with absolutely no water and this counts for 300 other residents as-well that I am sure feel the same as I do. We have gotten emails stating that the City of Tshwane Municipality will resolve the main pipe burst with urgency and we will have our water back within a few day!! It has been almost 2 Weeks now that we have NO WATER and NOT a few days. I think that this is ridiculous as People have to pay all their bill for water and lights immediately but when their is a issue with the WATER IT DOES NOT GET FIXED IMMEDIATELY. I have a wife ad two kids one only 8 months old are you guys going to pay my baby's doctor bill's if he gets sick because he cannot bath. No you wont. I want this matter to be fixed with urgency and with immediate effect by the end of today or I will have no choice but to explain to the newspapers of the "great" service we receive from "Our" municipality. Please do you jobs that you are paid to do by the Citizens of South Africa!!!
