Lack of Service Delivery to those who need it most

For the past 10 years there has been no government house issued to the Mncwabe family. The family struggled with more than 15 siblings while houses are given to people who have substantial jobs and backgrounds to secure their families. The family relies on a 60 year old man's salary and has been living in a small space for long. No one seems to be making a follow up as to monitor if justice is served when it comes to issuing these government houses, as a result people who desperately need these houses don't get them. I have no other alternative to combat this predicament.
