I actually hate that place with passion!!! they don't help with anything, I had to take a half day off at work on Friday 26/07/2013 to be there and I was informed to comeback on Monday morning, for sake I work 6 days a week and I phone their call centre before to ask how they operate and they told me that they operate 5 days a week from 7H30am to 16H00pm but then I was there at 3H00pm and they told me that they wont attend to me because I was suppose to come in the morning, and who's fault is it because I phoned their stupid call centre and they never told me that I need to come in the morning!!! so now I have to ask for another day off and what if I loose my job because of them?? them!!! I don't understand why black organisation work like this, if only I was attended by maybe a white person maybe they would understand my situation, than the supervisor who just told me that there's nothing she can do to help me!!! I would rather deal with a white person than to be helped by a black person because thy don't give good service!!!
