QUERY ESCALED A MONTH LATER

SARS Allocated two tax numbers on my name in 2007 and i made them aware and they told me the issue was resolved and i only discoverd in 2012 that this issue was not resolved. i went to SARS office on the 23rd November 2012 to resolve this issue and to date it has not be resolved and i am told this was rescalated to back office on the 28th of December, one month after i raised this issue i have been calling and no one seems to do anything about my promblem i have been trying to get a tax directive so i can get my pension money and i cant because of this. why should i wait 3 months for a mistake that sars did 7 years ago. i want this issue sorted ASAP. I am not happy right now as its delaying my pension payout.
