Reference #318064-Private electrician and electrical council members indicated problem and confirmed that Centlec needed to fix problem with open wires before the meter box. I called more than 15 times on Friday. The service was absolutely pathetic, it took ages and many phone calls to arrive at the right department - everyone just kept passing the buck and telling me to call the call centre - which just indicated all consultants are busy and that one should call later, no option to hold line or leave message. After almost 20 calls finally reaching to correct dept, I was given reference number and told that they were on their way - I had to make special arrangements since the wires that needed to be fixed was inside the yard. Waited for them to arrive, but the never came, no one called. After multiple calls (again) this morning, was finally able to give my reference number to someone (0514092345) who checked on the system and confirmed that the job had been completed after I told him I am still waiting for someone to pitch or call me. I told him that no one ever arrived and wanted an explanation on how this job was closed. He said he would get someone to call me, still waiting...
