Failing the victims by siding with insurance compa

I have lodged a complain about MiWay insurance, on the 1st of July 2013, today I phoned the Ombudsman to ask him to get the insurance to extend my car hire it was very obvious that he was siding with the insurance company and he never had time to take my evidence into consideration. I feel like the government is wasting our tax money to have this office because at the end of the day the insurance companies benefits.
Now my case is closed with no solution I was told to accept what the insurance is offering instead of the insured value of my car during the accident.
