On Monday 15 July 2013 i went to the midrand licensing department to book for my learners. i arrived there at 8:50 and was told by the consultant that they only do bookings from 7:00 till 7:30 in the morning. i then asked the lady if this means that if a person arrive after that times, then they will not be assisted. she Confidently said yes.
kindly note that all consultants there do not have name badges, so i could not take the name down.
i then went to marlboro station, i arrived there at 10:30 i was helped. i want to know why is the midrand station operating like this, everyone around ivory, ebony and tembisa told me about their attitude, but i though that they were joking. even the gentlemen that take photos outside the venue told me that i am late, i must come the following day at 7:00, because they will not help me.
it seems like this is a norm, please investigate and revert back to me, as i cannot go to stations that are far from where i reside just because of indivuals who do not want offer better services to the public.
