Totally disappointed. Ayanda has not proven beyond reasonable doubt that i was aware of the last claim that was rejected by my ex-husbands insurance and the insurance cancelled his policy. In this country you can only survive if you have money. Dial Direct looked for an excuse not to pay my claim, and the ombudsman sided with them.
Having them as backup to do the right thing is a waste of time, and definitely no peace of mind. It's sickening the amount of power they have to mess people's lives up.
