After 18 months I still haven't received the UN-abridged marriage certificate. I opened a case number by complaining on line. They cant answer why it takes so long, they cant actually answer any questions of this matter. I even went to the home affairs a year ago with the pastor to gave all the right info of my marriage to them. I haven't received any responds from their side, no e-mails, no phone calls. Can I just get an answer or explanation? I am so frustrated!! The service is shocking!
