My electricity to my house was disconnected Thursday 27th July 2013. Just to find my bill was not correct and I was actually over charged.
I paid Tshwane R10 929 just to get re-connected, to date I have received no reconnection from Tshwane on account number 5007436873.
I dont know what to do any more as I just get sent from pillar to post to try and resolve this matter and I really cant afford to take off another day at work to resolve my account.
The biggest problem is my 5 month old son is battling with his health because of this and I as a father can just look at him suffering and cant do anything about the situation.
