First issue: Ekurhurleni cut off my power for no reason on Thursday (27 June), phoned the call center at 18:00 with reference number, 818398. Phoned again on Friday (28 June) and was on hold for almost an hour. Electrician will come out and investigate. The Electricians came out at 19:30 on Friday evening, telling me that my power is cut off for NO payment. I did not receive any notification letters in the post. My account is up to date and the next invoice was due on the 02 July 2013, this account was paid today (29 June 2013). WHY IS MY POWER CUT OFF FOR NOW REASON???
Second issue: My Water leak was repaired at the main valve in March 2013 and they NEVER came back to finish the water mains hole. The readings are wrong on the statement as on the statement it is starting with 3 and on the valve meter it starts with 1. What is going on here?
I am not happy with these Services. Please rectify this ASAP.
