I have never dealt with such a incompetent bunch of people in my life.
I haven't received a bill for over 8 months now. Every month I make a payment based on my average use. Every other month they try cut me off for being in arrears. No letter of notification, no " amount outstanding", just a physical cut off.
I'm being overcharged for wheelie bins at R 134.50 now for 61 months.
I have sent over 50 emails with this complaint and spent over 10 hours holding on the line to resolve these issues.
I even copied ALL the politician emails I could find. I only got a response from the DA.
Still nothing from JHB connect.
Is there no one that can be held accountable?
