Last year in July I went to sars to submit for tax return. The amount of R4242 was paid into my account, now sars is sending me threatening sms's that if I don't pay they are going to take legal actions. I went to sars this morning and the consultant who was helping me Pretty Msweli told me that the I amount I received was paid to me by mistake, there was a sytem error. Now my question is do I have to suffer for sars incompetency, and its not my fault that they had system errors, they were supposed to fix their errors. Please assist me as im not even working, i was retrenched this year in February. Please assist this is so frustrating. I even wrote a letter to sars committee.my tax no:0050245182
